Hi friends! Hope you are enjoying our newsletters so far. It’s so fun to pop in every other week and share a new way to celebrate or something to be inspired by. But you don’t always need a major occasion to get loved ones together, you can create one, and summer is literally the perfect time for that.
So this week we’re sharing an entertaining bucket list of sorts, with the top three types of parties worth working into your schedule from now until September. The best part? The Italian Dolce Vita trend is probably our favorite when it comes to parties right now (as you may have suspected here)… Wild, fresh greenery, tomatoes on the vine, handwritten menus, and bold reds to bring it all together.
Backyard BBQ
It’s not summer without a backyard BBQ, is it? Whether it’s 4th of July, Labor Day, or a mid-summer hang to beat the heat, this most likely classic summer backyard party can be made unique and thoughtful by playing up a few details. Swap the disposable tablecloth and napkins for linen, and upgrade your paper plates (here’s how), and serve apps or treats in cones for easy enjoyment.
